    Product Warranty

    • THYMOS sanitiser is made for surface use only. 
    • THYMOS guarantees cleanliness of surface below 200 RLU (Relative Light Unit) unit of measurement.
    • We use Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) as a sensitive indicator molecule for the presence of residue. An increase in dirt (residue) on a surface results in an increase in the amount of ATP present on that surface. The hygiene of treated surface can be measured using Hygiena SureTrend monitoring system.

    Returns

    • You can return any item for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order.
    • To be eligible for a return:
    • Your item must be in proper condition and original packaging
    • Your item should only be used up to 20% of total product weight
    • Your item needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase
    • If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents, accompanied by an image and email us as soon as possible for assistance. Contact details below.

     

    Refunds

    Once item is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will start inspecting the item and immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

     

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via bank transfer. You will receive your refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Request of refund is valid for online purchase only.

     

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
